I have been putting this table saw to use for over eight months and can confirm that is it tough and accurate. With hours of ripping and cutting pine, maple, and oak, I have put it through it's paces. Making adjustments to the cutting width and blade height and fast, easy, and accurate. Much more heavy duty than the competitors.

This is the best table saw I have ever personally owned and let me tell you, I have owned a few.  The saw I had before this Ridgid is not as well built as this one.  Add on the portability and it was too good a deal to pass up.

The Rigid saw is every bit as good as the Bosch, with a slightly larger table and consequently a bit more mass to boot. Also, at least from HD, it's cheaper too.

I purchased this table saw and was hoping it would be a good saw. I used it very little on red oak and the motor burned out.  Only took around 15 hours.
