This is the first vacuum cleaner that I can honestly say that I love. It's extremely light-weight and has exceptional power. I have hardwood floors and up to 5 dogs in my home at any time. If you have carpeting, you might want to consider a Miele that comes with a powered floor tool

This is a great vacuum cleaner. I purchased the Miele Pisces because we moved into a new home and I no longer have long shag carpet. With a carpet like this, you want a powered floor tool. But without thick carpet, the Pisces is great. You still get all the other features like HEPA filter and quiet operation.

I find the turbo brush on the Miele Pisces S5280 to be hard to use. You really need to put a lot of muscle into pushign it around since it's so powerful.
